I got a new broadband connection and paid for 6541INR from my corporation bank debit card in front of agent of Airtel but suddenly website couldn’t load and transaction failed but my money got debited. The agent asked me to do the payment again as in his app also he also couldn’t see that payment has been done. So I had to do the transaction again. Then at second attempt it got successful. Please look into this matter and get me my refund asap. My phone no is 8171798435
