Text of Complaint by Chandrakiran:

I was tried to order groceries on from JioMart 3 July 2022 which is an amount of Rs. 359 and choosen payment method as Mobikwik app. I payed the order amount using my Credit Card via Mobikwik application. The money got debited from the Credit Card but the order was not placed. There is no confirmation on payment refund details from MobiKwik after the unsuccessful order placed and immediately I raised a complaint in MobiKwik help section to investigate this issue and requested to refund my money back to the source. I didn’t received any response and Tried with customer support number to know the status of my refund but the customer care numbers are not working. I don’t have any other choice to contact MobiKwik and I enquired in internet that MobiKwik is playing some sort of cheating techniques on customers money. I request you to please resolve this query and get me my money back from the Mobikwik.
