I received a call from Dhani customer executive (Mobile No. 8249006771) regarding the upgradation of Dhani loan amount from 1 lakh to 3 lakh and daily limit is 5000 to 10000. After that customer support asked me to share OTP, so I shared the OTP number and after that money started to deduct from my Dhani card and at the same time, I received deduction message on my phone. I immediately complained to customer care, but still my money is getting deducted from my card even though I blocked my card. Still my money is getting deducted and there is no response from the Dhani’s side. I am continuously trying to reach customer care and they are saying the matter will be resolved by 16th or 17th May 2022.

Customer care support are repeatedly saying that the matter will be resolved by 16th May 2022 or 17th May 2022 and I will not have to pay any money from 9th May to till the matter is resolved. Kindly look into the matter and resolve it on urgent basis.
