I have done a recharge on 15 Nov 11:27am through upi Paytm gateway and money is sent through Paytm payment bank but the transaction is failed then my money get deducted from my bank account and as the order page suggest that if money get deducted it will be credited into your account within five days but it has been 10 days since I have done the transaction but no money is send to my account I have tried to contact Paytm and Paytm payment bank they said that at their end they have completed the process but merchant doesn’t get the money. So I want that please give me my money back
