hello all,
this is sankar from chennai,i have done online payment(24/10/2020) on airtel broadband for new connection,,once they got the money they said we cannot give connection to my location ,then they said they will refund money within 7 working days. still i didnt get money.
then they send me pdf file ,in pdf file they mentioned wrong account number,,,,
is that my fault. i lost my money…but they said we already refund to your account,,
mistake is theirs money is mine
