I am writing to you to raise an issue about: flipkart cheating
The issue that I have experienced was: We Have Ordered One Product In Flipkart With Cash On Delivery Option
But Before The Delivery We Paid With Online Payment Through Pay Now Option In Flipkart App.
But While Delivery The Delivery Executive Told Amount Not Credited, So Pay Again The First Transaction Amount Will Refund
But Not Yet Refunded, So We Paid Twice For Single Order.

We Tried For Contact Customer Support But It Is Very Hard To Contact Customer Executive Officer And If Once Contacted Then They Are Not Helping Just Putting Hold The Call And Will Disconnect. They Are Giving False Statements And Cheating Us
