Dear Sir/Madam,
I had borrowed sum of 7000 via Handy loan Android application. The amount credited was 5524 rupees after stating as processing fee and intrest. The same was duly repaid and now the application status also shows no pending dues. However the collection agents are harassing through whatapp message and calls stating to pay more amount. And the blackmailing include sending bad messages to all of my contact numbers (which the application has gained access when installed) and making Node videos with my photo on it. I request you to please take action on this. Please reach me if any additional details are required from my end.
