We opted for Club Mahindra membership on May 2018. However after taking a lumsum amount advance, they stopped answering our calls or helping us in any means. They promised us a trip which they later did not respond to and we felt that our money was getting wasted. We constantly started mailing them to stop the membership as we were not happy with the service however despite of our constant mails and calls they kept deducting Rs 10669 each month. Please find attached our mails copy where we kept on requesting them to cancel our membership and return our money but they kept on deducting our money and did not cancel our membership even on repeated request till July. As a consumer this is a fraud that has happened to us. Kindly look into this matter and help us on the same.
