Payment of 2000 rupees is deposited by me. but payment not credited in my gaming account.. the customer executive says that account was not ours.The payment not received by 1xbet account team. But I showed that barcode twice today on this app
If they don’t receive my payment then how this app showing “UTR IS ALREADY USED” how it is possible they are Refuge my payment after receiving my payment… How dare they are… How they verifying utr without recived payment… All of this clear that they received my payment and now they refuse.. and their’s own mistakes they blaming me that I was wrong how rubbish

      When I deposit money then request page close automatically and I reqst again then app shows “UTR USED”
      My be your executive deposit onother user’s account my rupees
      My money not credited in my gaming account yet . I contect your customer care executive first 2 days they said my money is safe it will credit in 48 hours
      But next day they told that money is not received and beneficiary is not 1xbet .. you sent mony to a wrong account

      But I checked many time and I am 100% sure that I was right.. and I make a new deposit then I saw same beneficiary account in 1xbet application twice…
      Then you say . How it’s possible

      I want 2 questions answers

      If my money is not received by 1xbet then how app showing now “UTR IS USED”

      AND if beneficiary account is not your then how I get this screenshot of barcode
      And why this is showing in your application after 2 days when I make a new request… This is fault of your account team and they don’t accept this.. and blaming me that is was wrong after misuse my money and devices me

      All screenshots atteched in my mail you can check I am not lie I am right an I know my moral values and I was concerned for my money that I have earn by hardworking
