Fraud case of reddybook
I remitted a sum of 490 on Friday to Reddybook; however, my transaction was successful they didn’t add my points saying they’ve not received they payment yet. I endeavored to reach the customer service department, yet their assistance was lamentably inadequate, as they exchanged each other’s contact information and instructed me to await a span of three days. Subsequently, they informed me that no action could be undertaken, while my financial institution confirmed that the funds had been credited to their account.
And reddybook’s customer support team was way too rude.
Instead of solving my issue they avoided me and till date i haven’t received my money back.
