Has taken Rs. 99 from me promissing a bluetick for my insta account.
Total price he quoted was 3k. I wanted a proof against him so as per his agreement I transferred Rs.99 as an advance frm the total of 3k.
Now I have proof against him that he frauds lot of people everyday.
