Good day,
I have a serious issue at hand, I bought airtime from my bank to my Airtel line and it was successful ,for me to buy data it was saying insufficient fund I checked my balance and I saw 20 naira and I loaded 3000 naira , how is that even possible between 2mins for me to buy data my whole money is not there , I called customer care and I requested for my last 5 transaction and I saw the 3000 naira I loaded , how do I get my 3000 back because i don’t understand how my money just vanished
