Dear Sir/Madam,
I had recharged mobile no. 8655552… on April, 25 at 2:40pm of an amount Rs.598/- plan and payment was processed but balance had not been credited to my mobile number so I had waited for 20 minutes and recharged same amount and even though it was not recharged but twice the amount has been deducted from my bank account.

Finally I had recharged once again on 26th April 2020 with an amount Rs.598 through Amazon app. So I had raised refund request on Dt.12 June 2020. I had received only Rs.598/- but still I am yet about to receive Rs.598 /- more.
