I recharged a number (8678082737) of 99 Rs by Airtel thanks app on 23 April at 3:04pm, unfortunately my recharge couldn’t completed but money debited from my account. As per rule I waited approx. 10-15 days but my money didn’t credit in my account then I complaint to airtel regarding this problem, they take on charge and said me wait for 10-15 days again . I waited again but my money still didn’t credit. I complaint again to airtel and gave them total information regarding my money deduction like airtel transaction id (6923564640416620544) , UPI transaction id (211309171747) , they registered my complaint again but after 7-8 days the closed my complaint automatically without any reason. I complaint again 4-5 times but they are closing my complaint again and again without any valid reason. I request you please take this problem in your command and take strict action against them.
I request you please make pressure on them to credit my money as soon as possible.
