I got a message that Novi digital entertainment private limited is going to debit 149 rupees from my account on 08/04/24 which is scheduled. But I didn’t have any subscription on Disney+ hotstar even to check it I downloaded the app and checked it but there is none. How can they debit my money without my consent? How did they get the access of my account?
