I have purchased a mobile in flipkart with COD option on 7th july 2022,at that time delivery date was 11th july,but the very next day of my order the delivery date changed to 22nd july.Seller didn’t packed the mobile and not shipped it till 18th july and it finally shipped after my complaint in flipkart.Mobile reached to my nearest hub on 20th july 3:42am.Iam regularly tracking it,no attempted delivery till 21july night 8:00pm.I myself went to hub to pick the product and made payment through the link they sent money got debited from my account but they said money didn’t received.i waited for 3 days and they(flipkart/seller) cancelled the product without giving any information to me.I spoke to customer executive but no one responded and cleared my issue. Actually i wanted to gift it to my father as father’s day gift they delayed it cheating me..kept me wait for 15 days and still my issue not resolved till now and no refund amount credited to me.I purchased the mobile somewhere around 8028 and now the price of mobile is 10000.Who should bear that extra money.
