Sir/Mam, I am normal account holder of axis bank but axis Bank upgrade my account with no information or permission. There after when I reduced my bank balance & use money elsewhere. They Start debit money 708/ rupees every month and post me Debit card 590/ rupees instead of 200 to 250 rupees debit card, which is very expensive. When I talked with nodal officer and home branch , they told at least 75000/ money should be maintain account. When I asked the reason for upgrade except know customer, said it auto function our bank. This is continuing since 1.6years. they returned some previous debit after 2-3 month and too many follow up with strong complaint.
Please help me in this matter as soonest.
