The Vodafoneidea Mobile company deducted fradulently Rs. 15 from my balance amount without my knowledge and permission in the name of accessing Bcafe Portal. I have not accessed any webpage or internet site through the mobile network in the last couple of days but still they fradulently deducted this amount. The message is replicated below”
