I had taken loan from Mobikwik application and I’ve to pay EMI for that. As on February 3rd I’ve two EMI is pending (february & March). Total outstanding amount was Rs.17522. So when I was trying to repay the February month due which is Rs. 10769, my money got deducted two times from my account. I don’t have any problem if they deduct the total outstanding money but now, they deducted Rs.4016 more which is Rs. 21538. After that I called customer care multiple times and they said I’ll get the refund within 5-7 days and yet I didn’t get the refund after 16 days. I’ve already sent screenshot of this deduction through Mobikwik help and support section. Before I writing this complaint I called them and they’re saying it’ll take two more days. I don’t have two more days to wait. So I need my money back as well as compensation for the issue happened.
