Kindly resolve my pending refund which are lying with paytm since last 15 days.

Both the incidents has caused inconvenience and the amount you are holding is around 6000/- This is very disturbing and no one from you is attending the issue. Booking process from IRCT site is book the ticket ask for login id and post verification IRCTYC ask for payment and if not verified payments are not asked. But in case of Paytm book ticket , ask for money and post that ask for verify login ID of IRCTC and if problem arises hold the money of the customers , and use it in share markets strange.??.
Kindly resolve my issue else will have to initiate legal action for mental harassment and holding money since last 15 days ..

What is the observation. For accepting money server is working and for transferring to service partner like IRCTC .. Paytm excuse some backend problem.
