On 15 October 2022 gaana app deducted amount 299 from my phone pay account through auto pay subscription. They didn’t inform me before this that my subscription was expired and for renewal they will automatically deduct my money. I want to cancel my subscription and want full refund. Gaana app deducted my money through autopay by phonepe. I already emails about this problem to gaana but they didn’t give any suitable response regarding thus. I want refund my money rs.299 as soon as possible.
