Sir,
I am an existing customer of State Bank of India.

Branch Balda

On 18/05/2023, automatically amount of 9000 has been deducted from my SBI savings account. I raised a complaint by sbi customer care with CASE NO. 240638720 on 23/05/2023.
Again I raised the same complaint withCASE NO. 241437739 on 24/05/2023 and I waited for 10 days but amount not settled. Then, I contacted home Branch Balda Branch Manage, but issue not resolved and again the same complaint has been forwarded by BM sir with CASE NO. 241437739 and alert no.78457377 on 08/06/2023. Again waited for 10 days but amount not settled yet. 4 times i contacted BALDA Branch Manager but they are not responding and not taking this matter as a serious matter, for the first time i am dissatisfied with the service of SBI.

Therefore, I request you kindly to take some immediate action on this case as all possible attempts are failed. Please help me to settle that deducted amount to my given Savings account as soon as possible, for which I shall remain grateful to you
