Coming direct to the point, 02/10/2018 morning I was purchasing one product from FlipKart and for the payment I choose PhonePe. But my amount Rs. 1899 is deducted from my DCB bank account through PhonePe and it’s not reached to FlipKart and in result my order is not placed.
I also inform this to FlipKart and PhonePe. Since 2nd of october both are denying to return my amount. So many times I mailed and called them but they didn’t resolve my issue.
Below I will mention the details of transaction.
