Dear Citibank team I am Mukesh Kumar and I trying to recharge my phone sim card using jio upi and transaction is processed by your payment gateway.My money is deducted from my bank account but recharge don’t happen.So please check my account and refund money. I am attaching the screenshot for your reference.
