Today i have recharged ₹399/- in my friends mobile number 9777884199 but he only received the recharge initiation message. ₹399/- has already deducted from my bank account. I have recharged that number through Airtel thanks app. The destination number is not recharged till now, but recharge amount is deducted from my bank account. Kindly consider the matter as urgent.
