My number is 9833140885
I had recharged my number on 4th Dec 00:58, the money was deducted for Rs.538 but not successful. This was done through UPI through Gpay. I have attached the screenshot for your reference
Also I had again attempted recharge at 23:09 which was successful. This was done via Paytm
Both these recharge was done through Airtel thanks app but the transaction failed while transacting via Gpay app
Please find the reply and the bank statement for 10 working days
a. Web site where recharge was done – Airtel Thanks app
b. Transaction id – I did not receive a transaction Id from the airtel app nor did I receive a message. I have a transaction Id from the mode of payment app – Gpay 033900364210
c. Mode of Transaction payment (Net banking, Debit card or Credit card) – UPI Gpay id delfirodrigues90@okaxis
d. Bank statement in PDF Format (10 working days statement from the date of recharge) Attached

Could you please assist and let me know when will this amount get credited? I have ported my number from Vodafone to Airtel thinking Airtel reslove queries and have a good customer support team but I’ve been ambushed by this support provided to me. I had also received an email from the team today that they state the refund has been done to my account on 08-12-2020. I have attached my entire bank statement and there is no refund from Airtel in it.
Could someone please assist, I have been chasing Airtel continuously
