Rs.3999 was deducted from my savings account on 15th March 2023 without my consent. Last year I took subscription from www.canva.com. I used debit card at that time. I read all the rules & regulations set down by them. There was specifically mentioned “yearly subscription will not be auto debited”. If subscriber wants to renew then it will be renewed. But I saw a message on my mobile on 15th March, 2023 – “by debit card OTHPOS307415399301GOOGLE PLAY APP CYBS S2240920005”. I could not understand. I never used debit card or never shared any OTP for renewal. But how did it happen? According to RBI guidelines no organization can carry card data. Last year I used debit card to subscribe this. But this year I did not want. That means Google play carried the data for the last one year. I am dead against this policy. Any how I want my money back.
