Text of Complaint by Pradeep kumar:

I have initiated to pay my electricity bill through Airtel Thanks App which is installed on my vadofone mobile number 7234907540 on 13 August 2020 . the amount of 1935 rupees is deducted from my Indian bank account towards the payment of electricity bill having transaction ID 20081341372 .
Since then it has been over one month but i didn’t received my money in my bank account back.
Please help me get my money back.
I also got the following message when my account is debited toward the payment of electricity bill through Airtel Thanks app .
7Hello! You have initiated to make a payment of Rs.1935.0 towards purchase of your Insurance policy 7234907540. Please keep the txn id 20081341372 for future reference
