I made Airtel recharge through airtel website on my number 9373399805. At first place when i did transaction it failed due to some issues on their website, so did transaction again and it went through 2nd time. Both the payments i did through Amazon pay. After some time I received a text from Amazon that both transactions are successful with transaction id P04-9904442-4592254 and P04-4523972-7182181, but i receive recharge for only one transaction that is P04-4523972-7182181. When i reach out to Amazon as per them both payments are done, so this issue is with Airtel. To solve my issue they escalated this issue to Airtel, but Airtel is saying payment done for P04-4523972-7182181 and not giving any status about P04-9904442-4592254. I tried to contact Airtel through number of email, they are just making me full through system generated emails and false commitments. Attaching all email conversations with Airtel.
I need your help to get my money back.
