The transaction was completed on 20th July, but it wasn’t reflected in the receiver’s account. The Google Pay team said to share both bank statements when I informed them to look.
Both statements have been shared. A few days later, I received a reply from Google Pay that the money had been received in the recipient’s account on July 21. However, I have not seen any record of the 21st July in my bank statement. Do not know how they can tell wrong information, and they have not responded to me yet. I have been waiting for their response for almost 15 days.
