I attempted to recharge my phone through airtel app. There was an option to get talktime for Rs.420 after paying 500 Rs. Further there was discount of 50 rupees by airtel itself. Airtel automatically gave me a 50 Rs. discount. So the amount deducted from my account was of Rs. 450. I did this recharge twice on my number on 29th January and on 5th February but both the times the amount was deducted from my account but no recharge was done. I tried calling airtel helpline several times but it was useless as I could not connect with the customer care personal. I have doing that almost everyday but there is no customer care service. By doing so I have only wasted my time. Total amount deducted is Rs. 900. I have not yet gotten any refund. It is 11 February today.
