Hi,
This is with reference to the airtel kolkata number 9831296224 belonging to my father Utpal K Das.
Please note that INR 45 was deducted from the main account for auto recharge for validity yday. This is unfair as the customer should decide the recharge and not Airtel. I had already recharged INR 49 for the same number today as we were not aware of the deduction.
Please refund the amount (45) in my father’s main account. He is old and cant go to an Airtel store now.
We could not speak with an online executive as your system is really unwieldy now. I am also an existing customer.
