money deducted from mail balance for SMS to bank and call on toll free number. while doing recharge they never mention that toll free number is excluded as it has separate charges. this is not a problem for me, its for everyone in india. other operator like Jio doesn’t charge for toll free number even don’t have any bank SMS.
I tried to reach out to airtel customer care, they told me to take money from tool free number we will charge its special number
