On 20th September 2022 at around 8:10 pm, I made a payment of Rs 354 with my debit card through the EDCILDRCARD gateway in order to submit the job application fees for BHEL recruitment in their website. The money has been deducted from my account but its showing that the payment could not be processed.

Same thing happened with me too just now,
I don’t know who’s at fault bank or BHEL.
