Respected sir,

I used airtel thanks app to recharge ..after giving otp it said that money added to my airtel wallet then I got message from bank that money deducted but the mobile is not recharged.

Please help to refund my money as there is no recharge occurred even airtel wallet transaction history didn’t show any money added to it.

Txn I’d is 200927444758 and it occurred at 00:56 am on 27th September.

Please have a cast on the matter.
