Dear Snapmint Support Team,

I am writing to report a serious issue regarding my recent transaction on your platform.

I made a successful payment of ₹544.12 on 3rd December 2025 at 02:01 AM through PhonePe/UPI.
However, after completing the payment, the Snapmint app is showing “Invalid Order ID”, and I am unable to view any order status, details, or tracking information.
