Text of Complaint by SHUBHAM KUMAR SINGH:

My name is Shubham kumar Singh, I am a student and I was applying for a ICAR, IARI Technician-T1 Application No. IARI1146644, Vaccancy On 9 JAN , 2022, After filling up the form I have to pay the registration+ Exam fee , I choosed a option of Debit card and when I paid the Amount of ₹1000 , Amount was successfully deducted from my Paytm payments Bank but in the website of IARI payment is still showing Failed , 2 days has been passed.
But I need refund of my first payment which was received by Edcildrcard Mumbai.
