It’s very irritating and ridiculous experience. Usually i done my recharge through google pay but due this lock down and other issues I used that stupid airtel thanks app for recharging my mom’s phone and see what happend…money deducted from my bank account but recharge is not reflected in the number. Very bad experience. Even after calling customer care there is no response from airtel team. I and my family are using airtel for years… So kindly look into this matter and take step as soon as possible.
