Attempt for recharge of RS 249 done through airtel thanks app ,money deducted form bank account and i haven’t received it yet or refunded to the bank account .
First sms from airtel’s instant help said (on 5:41pm on 25 April 2020)
Payment Failed: Your recent transaction for Airtel Mobile Number, Amount- Rs. 249.0. Please click on the below link to try again. https://pay.airtel.in/red/r/a5b49fffs
And a bit later(5:43pm on 25 April 2020) a second sms arrived saying
Bill payment of Rs. 249.0 has been initiated towards your airtel mobile. The payment will get posted to your airtel account within maximum 4-hours. Please keep this Txn ID for future reference.
I haven’t received the recharge amount or got a refund to my bank account
Please resolve my problem
