I made a UPI transaction using Google pay to amazon on 17th July 2022. But after making the payment I received an email confirmation from amazon that the amount is hard declined. But the amount has been deducted from my account. I thought after 2 days it will be refunded. But no response was there. Then I contacted my bank and registered a complaint over there. Bank officials are telling me the amount is successfully credited in the merchant’s account and they also provided me with that proof of successful transaction but when I contact amazon they are telling me that money doesn’t reach there and the transaction is still failed.
