on dated 13th of September i had made payment to mutual fund PGIM via Groww app. money had been deducted from my account. but transaction showing as failed transaction in application of groww and after contacting groww officials they said that money will be refunded within a days or something, i also contacted PGIM mutual fund they said that. payment havent reached till the, there might be some problem in transaction so that money deducted from my bank account but not reached till merchant account and there is no any reverse transaction happens as groww officials said. below Iam attaching my bank account statement of that transaction of Rs. 30,000
