I placed and order on JioMart. Money is deducted from my account but deliver Boy told me that your order is COD. It was showing prepaid to me and I have shown the samw to delivery boy. He has not delivered the order stating that it is showing COD in his app. I raised a complaint with JioMart on 23 Oct and they updated that the amount will be refunded. Since then I am continuously following up with JioMart customer care but they are not providing the resolution. Every time they say that we are looking into it.
