Dear Sir,
I have made online payment of ₹735.58 on September 3 for High Security Registration plate for my vehicle registration number OD02B9394 my appointment was on 10th September but I couldn’t download the receipt as it directly redirected me to the hsrp home page and I didn’t even got any message for hsrp. I only have the bank mini statement of the amount that had deducted.
