Money is deducted from my bank account when performing upi transaction against 10 pe 25 of rs 2000/- and the transaction said payment failed and rejected but money deducted without message and even amount is not credited to either receiver or refunded to my original account.and i have not received any transaction message to my mobile number but money deducted, and if i generate ticket on upi transaction it is not showing any complaint regarding money deducted.
Customer care service is also not responding from 2 days many times i am contacting them but are all not attending any of my call.just says all our executives are busy please be wait in line for when ever i make a call them.
i want my rs 2000/- cash back and something should think of negligence of paytm customer care service
