I made payment of 728rupees on 19 December It debited from my account but they said they didn’t receive it since then I’m in contact with my bank regarding the transaction I was informed that they received my funds and the their bank confirm that but they still show my outstanding and Add more late fee , then i asked my bank account for Reverse the payment but then lazypay bank stop responding to them such a heck now my outstanding is 1000 for no reason no one there is to help
