I did a recharge of Rupees 598 selecting the 84 days 1.5GB/Day plan for the phone number 9989034903. I did it through Phonepe UPI. The money has been deducted from my account but the phone number isn’t recharged. I have been assured from Phonepe customer services that the money has been credited to Airtel’s account.
Please do the needful as soon as possible and refund the amount as the recharge has been done alternatively.
