Text of Complaint by MUKESH YADU:

I have booked using website of travolook (https://www.travolook.in/) a flight ticket on 13.06.2022 of rs. 5258/- ( payment has been made using hdfc credit card) from Mumbai to Raipur which was unsuccessful due to some technical error at the end of the airline company as intimated to me by the representative of travolook over the phone. Furthermore I have been informed that i will get a refund of Rs. 5258/- within 9-10 working days. (a screenshot attached of mail sent by them) When I called up on 25.06.2022, their representative insisted on taking a refund into the travalook wallet but I denied their offer and asked to refund the amt. in the original payment. They further gave assurance that I will get a refund within 3-7 working days. Again, I called on 04.07.2022, 09.07.2022, 15.07.2022, 01.08.2022, 06.08.2022 and several times during september till today 21.10.2022. each and every time their representative has given assurance that the refund will get credit within 2 days. Each and every time their team member has given the excuses that there is problem from the end of their(travolook) payment partner. i have called many times and sent many mails from starting till today i.e. 09.11.2022. I have been continuously in touch with Mr. Dishant since 22th September through whatsap chat and cellular call, but the result is remain the same. He have also informed me that there is problem from the end of your (travolook) payment partner. on 22th sep Mr. dishant has asked a declaration form for returning my money directly to the bank account instead of original payment mode (HDFC credit card) which is also sent by me through mail. I think that this company doesn’t want to refund the money and purposely giving mental torcher to the customers. i have attached the 1st mail sent by them and the copy of my credit card statement in which the transaction has been highlighted for which i have not get my refund.
