Text of Complaint by Maninder Singh:

Hi,

I have done my recharge from GooglePay app on 12-july-2019 and it was showing all good such as payment successful, recharge successful, etc. I have got the transaction details from GooglePay as well. My money is deducted right away from my bank and got the messages as well.

The issue is that I have called google pay multiple times and they told me to wait for 3-4 hours to get it done. I have waited and then they have checked that the recharge was successful and told me to contact JIO operator regarding this.

 

Jio was not taking the responsibility as they were saying that they haven’t got any transaction or request to recharge and suggested me to wait. I waited for 2-3 days and again Jio is not able to resolve this.

 

I contacted google pay and Jio and bank multiple times but nothing was resolved.

 

JIO said contact Googlepay

Googlepay said that the money is successfully credited to JIO so contact JIO

My bank is saying that the money is received by JIO so contact JIO

 

I have raised dispute for this transaction on BillDesk and they took 10 days to provide me the solution saying that they have successfully credited money to biller which is JIO.

 

Today I have called JIO multiple times again and still they don’t have access to check the account if they have received the money or not. They don’t have the tools or system to check it. I have requested to raise my request to higher authority or to accounts dept. but they don’t have access. I have talked to 2 supervisors in JIO but they hung up on me  as they were not having any solution regarding this issue. They were keep repeating the same thing again and again.

  1. I had recharge my mobile on 8/11/2020 recharge done yesterday but today ihad call
    to friend the messege came your pack is over . ihad mail the complaint to airtel from my email id the anser came your email is not register with us .
