Text of Complaint by Akhand:

I recharged my jio number twice for 222 plan for data on 02nd may. The app showed recharge as successful but the recharge did not reflect in the number. Upon checking with the customer care i was told that money was not received and check with my bank. When i checked wirh my bank they tried to dispute the money back from jio but they are not responding.
