On 6 nov 2022 i did recharge in my bsnl prepaid of Rs 107. The money was deducted they showed recharge as successful but recharge was not done. When i asked them to refund my money. They say they have done i should talk to bsnl customer care.
I talked to bsnl customer care. They say no charge was done on 6 nov 2022.
